We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization operating in Columbus, Ohio. Through our inner-city youth initiative development program, we are inspiring and equipping minority boys and girls with the skills needed to be effective communicators, problem solvers and purpose driven volunteers who can build up any community. We deliver a year-round program experience through our “Yes To Anything” program that includes activities along our four pillars: Communication, Gifts, Talents, Skills & Service.

To empower a communication fragile at-risk
generation teaching minority boys and girls how to overcome three hurdles that
threaten their success: crime, poverty and racism.

Develop minority boys and girls into communication
strategists who will move the world.
Launching our youth toward entrepreneur opportunities after
converting their God-Given Gifts and Talents into the sought-after skills
required for a successful business in the market place.
Exposing minority boys and girls to local enrichment activities to instill a sense of responsibility, effective communication and domestic skill while
understanding personality types, belonging and investment; key requirements for
building a civically engaged individual.
Advising teens, parents, and community leaders on the process
of effectively supporting the dreams, gifts and talents of our thriving
students.
Directing young men and women towards their true purpose in life by
using their God-Given Gifts and Talents to excel in that thing they are
passionate about.
